教师简介
博士、教授、上海交通大学人力资源处副处长兼教师发展中心主任。研究领域主要是管理中的心理与行为问题,论文主要发表于《Academy of Management Journal》、《Journal ofApplied Psychology》、《Journal of Management》、《Journal of Management Studies》、《Personnel Psychology》、《管理世界》,以及《管理科学学报》等国内外学术期刊。

上海交通大学工学本科,管理学硕士、管理学博士,哈佛大学心理学系博士后,歌德大学社会心理学系洪堡学者。
