张学新简介 张学新,男,河南平顶山人。中国科大少年班本科,美国普林斯顿大学博士毕业,耶鲁大学博士后。复旦大学心理系教授、博士生导师。主要学术成果:1)发现中文特有的脑电波N200,揭示中国文字的独特性;2)提出汉字拼义理论,破解汉字拉丁化百年争鸣,高度提升中文的国际地位;3)提出公评审稿方案,倡议打破片面依赖西方影响度指标的学术评价体系和制约中国学者创造力的英文枷锁,重树中文杂志的学术地位;4)根据心理学自适应测试理论,提出开放式海量高考的战略性构想,设计了个性化、真正体现素质教育的全新高考模式;5)提出“中央集权”、“儒学”、“科举”和“汉字”是中国文化四大支柱的观点,指出在新时代用新思路去改造、强化和巩固这四大支柱,是复兴中华文明的关键;6)提出“回声论证”,指出意识体验(qualia)是自然科学诠释世界的基本单元,因而也不能再用科学去解释,论证了意识对科学的超越性,化解自笛卡尔以来影响深远的身心二元对立的谬误;7)提出“双权共治”新设想,将行政单位的最高权力在时间维度上一分为二,通过周期性、制度性的职务轮换,使两者相互监督与约束,为官民提供心理屏障来抵挡权力压力,摆脱人情利益纠缠,避免情与法的心理冲突,在制度创新层面上探索切合中国社会现实、具有普遍意义的权力制衡模式,在基层行政管理中遏制腐败、保障清廉。 研究方向 主要领域为心理学、脑科学与认知神经科学。使用脑神经科学技术包括脑电、功能核磁共振研究中文词汇识别。 发表文章 代表性论文与成果 · 张学新,方卓,杜英春,孔令跃,张钦,邢强.
